Guns by Sally-always the best for less. We are sure proud to offer this fancy eye catching example of Colt's model of 1873, the Single Action Army. This one has been master engraved by Bill Johns of Cody, Wyoming. The steer's head carving is one of the best we have seen. My photos do not capture how well the engraving leaps off the steel, and you certainly do not have to squint to see it. Made in the year of our Lord 1957, she is a second genny gun, created in the second year of production. She looks very good for being 69 years old. Even the bore of the sought after 7 ½ inch barrel is gleaming. She is chambered in .38 Special. Generous amounts of case color remain on the frame, with a few flashes of blue. The included case is also in very good shape. Engraved Colts never go out of style, and they have proven to be a good investment over time. If you have been looking for the right Colt SAA to collect, or for investment, but want the added clout of a master engraved example, then look no further.
