Hammer is marked "ALLEN'S PATENT" and barrel is marked "PATENTED - 1837 - CAST-STEEL".
Slow-drop frame includes near perfect grips, with spangles.
Condition is very good+: all-original, very good action, smooth surfaces overall, without finish. Damage to one nipple.
