Spencer Civil War Model 1860 Saddle Ring Carbine 52 Cal Rimfire Bore Exc, Mech Exc, Wood near exc with a couple small wear marks, Has the original 22’ Rd barrel with original sights . The receiver has the spencer address mostly visible on top and the serial#41686 looks like according to springfield research it probably went to the Co G 3rd Iowa Vol cavalry. Has the original magazine tube , buttplate and sling swivel. Metal overall has a blue brown patina finish with traces of fine pitting along the front receiver edge against the forearm.
