Sharps Percussion Saddle Ring Carbine 52 cal Bore Exc, Mech Exc, tight action, Excellent breech chamber area, Wood VG with good fit to metal , shows wear in areas rear left side stock. Has an original 22” Rd barrel with address and new model markings and has original sights. The receiver has the sharps patent markings on the left side and the right side has the sharps patent markings on the plate and the Lawrence patent markings. Metal overall has a dark brown patina finish with traces of fine pitting mainly on the saddle ring bar. This carbine show some wear on the wood but the metal is in excellent condition and shows little use. Possible Kansas Vol Cavalry with springfield research
