"Serial No. VKH1536, made in 1942 at the Izhevsk Arsenal, chambered in 7.62×54R with a 29" round barrel. Bore is good, showing light frosting in the grooves with strong rifling remaining. Serial numbers are non-matching, typical of Finnish-captured rifles. Original bluing has thinned to a light grey patina, giving the rifle an honest service-worn appearance. The stock shows expected handling and usage wear from military service. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
