Finished in a dark blued coating and outfitted with Red Star Red beech furniture, it delivers traditional styling with dependable performance for enthusiasts seeking a Bulgarian AK platform.
The Redstar Ordnance BSR-47 7.62x39 rifle is built on a 1mm AKM spec stamped receiver that maintains the lightweight handling characteristics expected from a traditional pattern design. This Bulgarian AKM pattern rifle features a high quality 16.3\" hammer forged barrel manufactured by HS Produkt, providing durability and consistent performance. Chambered in 7.62x39, it offers proven reliability and compatibility with widely available ammunition.
A 14×1.0mm LH threaded muzzle is covered by a welded-on thread protector, preserving the rifle’s classic profile. The trunnion and bolt carrier group are crafted from quality ordnance steel, complemented by a chrome-lined gas block and adjustable front and rear sights for dependable operation. Compatible with standard AKM pattern furniture, it comes equipped with a US-made Red Star Red beech furniture set and includes one 30-round detachable magazine.
