In very good condition the J.P. Sauer & Sohn Model 38H has the "Eagle/N\" commercial proof mark, a .32 ACP (7.65mm) pistol produced from ~1938-1945, typically features an \"Eagle/N\" commercial proof mark on the right side of the frame and slide. Military-issued models often bear the "Eagle/37" or "Eagle/Waffenamt" stamp, while police-issued pistols are identified by "Eagle/C" or "Eagle/F" marks on the left trigger guard. 7.65MM (.32 ACP)
