This is a BEAUTIFUL Deluxe Takedown Winchester model 90 (1890) tube-fed, 22 lr, pump action rifle.
The factory dates this to be produced in 1931.
The octagon barrel is 24 inches long with a shiny excellent bore.
The top of the barrel and action, both have the Winchester proof.
The overall length is 40 inches, and the length of pull is 13.25 inches.
The action works properly based on visual inspection.
The blue appears to be a later finish, but this shows no buff marks or sign it was refinished.
If this is not an original finish this was done by a true professional.
It is engraved with detailed scroll on the sides, top of the action and trigger guard.
The rear sight is adjustable and a serrated ramp, hooded flip select front sight.
It has a Lyman rear peep site on the tang.
It has a GORGEOUS 2-piece deluxe checkerd walnut stock with ornate steel butt plate.
This can ship to your C&R where legally allowed.
This vintage Winchester would make a great addition to any firearms collection.
