John Rigby & Co. Big Game rifle chambered in .416 Rigby, manufactured in 2015 and recently imported from the United Kingdom. Serial number 10662. The price has recently been adjusted and represents one of the best values currently available in a .416 Rigby dangerous game rifle.
This rifle remains in excellent overall condition with 100% original metal finish and a beautifully figured walnut stock showing only light handling marks consistent with limited use.
Built on the Rigby-Mauser Magnum action, the Big Game retains the classic lines and mechanical integrity that define modern Rigby sporting rifles. It features controlled-round feed, large non-rotating extractor, and three-position flag safety.
The barrel measures 24.25 inches and is fitted with express sights and quarter rib. Length of pull is 14 3/8 inches. Weight is 12 pounds with the mounted scope — an appropriate field weight for the .416 Rigby, offering stability under recoil without compromising handling.
Mounted is a Leica Magnus 1–6.3x24, a premium dangerous game optic offering true low-power field of view, daylight-bright illumination, and exceptional optical clarity. The combination provides rapid target acquisition at close range with flexibility for longer follow-up shots.
