Winchester pre-64 Model 70 Super Grade bolt action rifle in .30-06.
1948 vintage rifle with matching "48" dated barrel with mirror bright perfect bore. All metal components, except for the steel buttplate, retain 95-97% original blue.
I believe that the stock was professinally refinished sometime ago. The restoration process maintained all original wood-to-metal dimensions! No instances where the wood is proud of the metal or vice versa.
