This Remington Hepburn rifle in .22 k-hornet is in fair condtion. The receiver has a very high percentage of colors present. The was originally a 38 cal, it has had a liner installed in 22 k hornet, the bore is excellent. Whoever did the install, gripped the barrel in a lathe without using brass shims and lifft marks on barrel, he also maarked the caliber and his name and city with a electro pencil on, (This could be fixed with a bit of laser weld and some judicious draw filing and polishing prior to rebluing the barrel.) The Stock has been broken and glued back together, it appears to be a functional repair with considering the caliber involved. The toe has alaso been glued.
