Description:
Here is a decent cowboy 5 shooter ( last photo ) of which a copy of an old Gun Report article will go wiith the sale.Seems to have all the original nickle plating with usual age marks, mostly by hammer screw head. Works well in single and double action with final lockup at ignition, because these are free wheelers.Chambers and bore okay, especially bore as it has all rifling with light pitting here and there.Grips are real nice.It has a 4 1/2 " octagon barrel. It has a barrel address but no cartridge designation which means that it was made before 1900.And no serial number on butt which indicates modern era.The three diget serial number is on frame and underneath left grip panel which how they were made in the antique era. This one chambers the .44 webley and .44 bulldog black powder cartridges. These and many other old cartridges were discontinued in 1939 as American ammo makers were gearing up for WW II. I sell my antique guns for display and collecting purposes. If intending to use,one must get a gunsmith to check for safety to use and proper load.

Price: $650.00
