Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a Browning BLR LT WT (Lightweight model) chambered for 270 Winchester. This rifle has an excellent bore and will make a great shooter or hunting rifle. The rifle is equipped with a Japanese SPI Aquarius 3-9X scope in Leupold quick detach mounts and rings. The scope is clear and has good glass. This rifle also has iron sights as an option for you. The rifle includes (1) magazine and is functional and ready to shoot. The barrel has some areas where rust was present but it has been cleaned up. It could use some rebluing to make it look it's best. The scope rings and some other areas have speckles of rust which could be cleaned up if you desire. Thanks for looking!
