Blaser R 93 straight-pull action sporting rifle chambered in 6.5x55.
This rifle was tastefully and masterfully stocked by well-known custom rifle maker, N. L. Heineke of Laramie Wyoming. Call it tiger stripe or fiddleback or quarter sawn, the dense pieces of Walnut used for this build were selected both for their strength and for their beauty.
Stock and forearm custom features:
-28 LPI flawless checkering
-An accented shadow-line cheek piece
-13 3/4" length of pull over a 1/2" full leather recoil pad
-Inletted from sling swivel and rear "stud" swivel
-Hinged grip cap for access to bolt screw
-Ebony forearm tip
-Raised panels
Now add the bespoke engraved and case colored bolt knob and you end up with a truly discreet, but remarkable custom rifle!
Weighs 6 lbs 3 oz. as show with the 22" sporting barrel and the QR Blaser 1" scope mount
Also with gun as shown is a 3/4" muzzle diameter varmint barrel also 22" and chambered in 6.5x55
