This is a very good condition US M1873 Cadet Trapdoor Socket Bayonet. The 16" blade retains almost all of the original finish with U.S. on the ricasso, blade is nearly free of any imperfections, only light marks from age with light oxidation. The 3" socket is in very good condition with light marks from use and an "A" stamped nearly at the rear muzzle top.;
