Description:
This is an original US M1907 Two Piece Leather Sling with a story to tell. This would appear to be a field used item that has changed over time. This sling is actually made of two different slings, the lower hook with the short strap is steel, possibly WWII and the upper hook with the long strap is brass from an earlier time. Has a nice D ring and two keepers. This example is unmarked but is in good to very good condition with light cracking on the long strap and light verdigris on the brass.;
