The receiver serial number dates this rifle to 1952. The stock is a replacement RAM-LINE black synthetic with skip-line checkering. It features good metal, and the stock should be nearly maintenance free. It has an internal box magazine with hinged floor plate. This one is set up as a woods runner's rifle with the synthetic stock, and a unique 1-3.5 power scope. .270 Winchester
