Payment Types Accepted: credit cards, personal check, certified check Description: The Ruger New Model Blackhawk is a single-action revolver chambered in .357 Magnum. This revolver was manufactured in the United States in 1975 and features a blued finish on its steel frame and barrel. It is configured with a 6.5-inch barrel, providing a traditional profile consistent with Ruger’s Blackhawk series. The revolver design incorporates the transfer-bar safety system introduced with the New Model line, allowing safe carry with all chambers loaded. This New Model Blackhawk is used. The revolver retains its original blued finish and period-correct components. Chambering in .357 Magnum allows compatibility with a wide range of ammunition options, and the included extra cylinder expands versatility to 9mm Luger cartridges. The single-action mechanism is operated by manually cocking the hammer before each shot, typical of the Blackhawk design. The 1975 production date places it early in the New Model series, identifiable by its frame markings and internal safety configuration.
