The Havak PH3 is built around the revolutionary PH3 Action with a 3-lug toolless removable bolt and an incredibly fast 60-degree bolt throw—the smoothest and fastest action Seekins has ever produced. This long-action model features a 22-inch 416R stainless steel barrel with a 1:10 twist rate, optimized for the heavy, high-BC bullets that make the 300 PRC a true long-range magnum.
