Description:
This is the rarest version of Russian TT33 pistol, made in Hungary in the 1950s, chambered in 7.62 Tok and designated M48. Only a few thousand were made and have "02" proofmarks on most parts and Hungarian crest on the grip panels.
This particular gun retains about 97% of its high polished original blueing, with some minimal holster wear and mild handling marks appropriate for the gun that was actually issued and used. Unlike the mint M48 pistols that were imported through Canada in the 60s, this gun is most likely a Vietnam bring back and comes with a typical Chinese style Viet-Kong holster. The gun is all matching including the frame, slide, barrel and both magazines!
This is probably the hardest TT33 variant for a collector to acquire.
