This 87 year old beauty comes with a "Colt Certificate of Authorization" and is from my deceased father's estate, who was a 100% disabled WWII MIA-POW Veteran. It's been well kept and in storage for many years.
It retains strong original finish and well preserved walnut grips. Cylinder locks up tight, action is crisp, frame and barrel stamps remain sharp and show little to no wear. The Officer’s Target Model 38 series is widely respected for its precision lock work and smooth Colt double action trigger pull. They're notorious for being real "tack drivers".
