Description:
Pre-Owned Holland & Holland Underlever Hammer Side by Side 12GA with 27 3/4" Damascus barrels (Cylinder/Cylinder). Barrels have been polished and blued, masking the majority of the original Damascus pattern, some bluing wear is showing the Damascus; all of the factory markings on the rib have been obliterated in the re-bluing/polishing process. Engraving on locks and action is faded slightly but still crisp in areas, tang screw has non-factory replacement. This gun has been restored poorly, unknown if barrels are original to action (but likely they are). Could use a complete and proper restoration. Gun functions mechanically and is on-face. We make absolutely no guarantees that this gun is in a state that is safe to fire, it requires a full restoration-bores are actually in good condition but have likely been struck. We do not currently have a wall thickness gauge and will not make any claims that this gun is in any condition to shoot. It is a good candidate for a proper restoration/sleaving/installation of sub-gauge tubes in order to shoot. Serial Number: 4340. Three day inspection still available, however, this gun does not qualify for our 30 Day Return Policy.
