"NSN. Made in 1863. 58 caliber with a 40" barrel. This is a nice sharp gun. There is a light gray patina on the metal and some pititng around the nipple areas. The stock is very fine with nice sharp cartouches including the inspectors mark and the J. D. Mowry marking. Over all a well above average Civil Ware musket!
