Kimber Compact Custom .45 has a 4" upper on an Officer's size frame, all steel. Brass bead front sight, solid aluminum short-throw trigger, VZ grips, two Wilson Combat 7 round magazines with aluminum baseplates, and an Uncle Mikes #15 strap/snap holster. This a high-utility, no frills setup, ultra reliable and unexpectedly accurate. Winchester 185 gr silvertip is my ammo of choice. This pistol has seen plenty of use, by me, and has been properly and routinely maintained....by me. No issues.
