Description:
Colt lightning in 44/40 cal. 26 inch octagonal barrel. Bore is in good condition. I dont see any pits, however, the bore is a little dark. The rifling is sharp. Sights are original. Three digit serial number puts the date of manufacture at the first year of production, 1884. Action works perfectly. It would be a fun rifle to shoot.6
