Description:
Offering for sale from master engraver Angelo Bee's personal collection is a semi-automatic "Takedown" rifle. This rifle is an Exhibition Grade top loader in 22 Short with a wheel rear sight. It’s an all-inlaid gun using 24 carat multi-color gold throughout. The right side of the receiver has a gold inlaid hawk chasing a gold inlaid bobwhite with a forestry background in multi-color gold. The left side of the receiver has a gold inlaid fox chasing a gold inlaid pheasant with a forestry background in multi-color gold. The top of the receiver has a gold inlaid owl eagle with scroll work on each end. Both sides and the top of the receiver has a gold inlaid border. The trigger guard is engraved with a gold inlaid motif and border. The trigger is gold plated. The muzzle end of the barrel has a thin gold stripe around it and the breech end also has a thin gold stripe around it. The stock features a round knob pistol grip is made from a beautiful piece of walnut with an oil finish. The barrel was blued by Eubanks Gunsmithing. The grey finish was done by Angelo Bee. The gun is autographed with “ABee” on the bottom of both sides of the receiver. NRA Grade: Good to Excellent.
