Scarcer"1862" dated" lock..... Good-VG overall with a dark brown patina, light pitting, a good stock, and moderate wear. Mechanically functions
nicely. Bore has full length rifling and pitting scattered. There may be remnants of 2 catrtouches near the left flat screw.
"HWC" has been hand carved into the forendappears to be 100% ORIGINAL.1862 dated muskets are hard to find!
