Description:
Offered is a Rare 2” barrel Colt Model 1877 with rosewood grips. It comes with an early gambler’s belt/holster rig. The belt has a built in holster along with a coin pocket and a larger pouch for dollar Bills. It has a fancy carved belt buckle as well as a hide-a-way section for additional bills on the back. The revolver is mechanically perfect and retains some of its original finish. A Colt Archive letter is included that shows the gun was shipped to Simmons Hardware Company in St. Louis, Missouri on November 29, 1879. Also included is a very desirable original Winchester picture ammo box (Empty). This is a unique and rare gun/holster rig and the 2” barrel is seldom encountered. I offer a three-day non-firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly and shipped with insurance directly to you in the continental United States for $65. This gun does not require an FFL license for transfer due to it being classified as an antique. I ship the following day after the payment arrives and provide tracking information.
