Description:
26 inch round barrel. Full length tube magazine. Brass bead front sight with a filler in rear sight seat to accommodate the Lyman No. 56 receiver sight. Plain walnut forearm with matching straight grip buttstock fit with a crescent rifle buttplate. Barrel and magazine show about 90% original blue with only light wear and handling marks. The receiver shows about 75% blue with some flaking finish, light wear and handling marks. The stocks fit well showing some finish wear and light handling marks with the forearm having a repaired hairline crack near the top on each side. Manufactured in 1915.
