SOLD  SOLD  SOLD  This Winchester was produced in 1884. The rifle's serial number is 170220. This Winchester has the octagon 26 inch barrel chambered to shoot the 44 W.C. F. cartridge. The bore is in very nice clean condition with sharp lands. The sights are original to this rifle. This Winchester also has the 44 Cal. caliber mark on the brass carrier and top barrel flat by the breech. The action works crisply with no issues. The stock and hand guard is in fine condition with no cracks or other issues. This rifle's finish is mostly patina. There are traces of bluing in protected places.
