Offered for sale is a highly desirable Winchester Model 21 two barrel smallbore set, featuring both 20 gauge and 28 gauge barrels in a classic and increasingly difficult to find configuration.
The Winchester Model 21 is widely regarded as one of the finest American side by side shotguns ever produced, known for its exceptional strength, balance, and understated elegance. This example stands out as a particularly attractive two barrel set, offering both versatility in the field and strong collector appeal.
Both barrel sets measure 30” in length and are fitted with a raised ventilated matted rib and a single brass front bead. The 20 gauge barrels are choked Modified and Full, while the 28 gauge barrels are choked Improved Cylinder and Modified, making this an exceptionally versatile pairing for upland and sporting applications.
The shotgun is equipped with a single selective trigger and a pistol grip stock with grip cap. The stock dimensions are as follows:
