This Winchester Model 1892, often referred to as the Winchester 92, is a classic lever-action repeating rifle designed by John Browning as a compact, lighter weight evolution of the Model 1886. Chambered in .25-20 Winchester (WCF), it was introduced in 1895 and became a favorite among ranchers, trappers and small-game hunters for its low recoil, accuracy, and effectiveness on varmints and medium game at moderate ranges. This rifle features a smooth, reliable dual-locking-block action, tubular magazine, and a 24" octagonal barrel. This rifle is in very good condition. .25-20 WCF
