The Colt Single Action Army (SAA), famously known as the \"Peacemaker,\" is one of the most significant firearms in American history. While it is most commonly associated with the .45 Colt cartridge, the .38 WCF was a very popular chambering for the 1st Generation SAA because it allowed shooters to carry one type of ammunition for both their revolver and their Winchester Model 1873 or 1892 rifle.
