"Serial no. 5000826. Manufactured circa 1960s by Santa Fe Division Golden State Arms, chambered in .30-06 Springfield,24"" round barrel marked “R.A./Flaming Bomb/3-44." The bore is bright and shiny with strong, well-defined rifling noted throughout. These rifles were commercially assembled using U.S.G.I. parts, often incorporating surplus military components into functional sporting or collector arms. The stock shows light handling impressions and remains in overall very good condition. This example reflects a typical Santa Fe assembly utilizing a WWII-era Remington barrel. The action is smooth, mechanically sound, and functions correctly.
