It features a .50 caliber bore, making it well-suited for medium to large game such as deer and elk. The barrel is typically 1:32 twist, optimized for shooting conical bullets and modern hunting projectiles rather than patched round balls, which gives it better downrange energy and consistency for hunting applications. The rifle has a blued steel barrel and hardware, paired with a sturdy hardwood stock that keeps the traditional plains rifle aesthetic. Double set triggers come standard, allowing the shooter to choose between a standard trigger pull or a lighter, “set" pull for more precise shots. Overall condition excellent.
