"Serial no. RMN035530 (importer). Manufactured in 1942 at Izhevsk Arsenal, chambered in 7.62x54R,29"" round barrel. The bore is dark with rifling remaining visible. The rifle has been post-war arsenal refurbished, a common practice for Soviet service rifles retained for storage and reissue. The left side of the receiver is import marked. The stock shows expected handling wear but remains in overall very good condition. The M91/30 served as the standard Soviet infantry rifle during WWII and was produced in large numbers under wartime conditions. The action is smooth, mechanically sound, and functions correctly.
