This Belgian-built example represents one of the most desirable configurations in the Superposed lineage: a lightweight small-frame 20 gauge paired with a factory fitted .410 barrel set, both housed in the original Browning case.

The P2 Presentation Grade is distinguished by extensive hand-cut engraving with gold game inlays and finely executed scrollwork. The receiver panels display classic Browning field scenes in raised gold, framed by deep relief engraving typical of FN’s master artisans. The walnut exhibits strong figure with traditional checkering and correct round-knob proportions, enhancing both balance and collector appeal.
Factory small-gauge Superposed two-barrel sets are increasingly scarce, particularly in Presentation Grade configuration. The pairing of a 20 gauge with a factory-fitted .410 barrel elevates this example well beyond standard single-gauge offerings. At just 7 pounds, the handling qualities are exceptional, while the gold P2 engraving places it firmly in the upper tier of Belgian production.
