Offered for sale is a classic Remington Model 51 chambered in .32 ACP (7.65mm). Designed by John D. Pedersen and produced by Remington UMC between 1918 and 1926, the Model 51 is widely regarded as one of the most innovative early 20th century pocket pistols. Its unique hesitation-lock system provides smooth recoil impulse and excellent shootability for its size.
This example features the distinctive slim profile, grip safety, and fixed sights characteristic of the Model 51. The pistol maintains its original lines and mechanical integrity, representing a fine example of early American semi-automatic pistol design.
