A 1979 dated factory letter accompanies this Wilkes County Sheriff Deputies 1st Year 2nd Run bright stainless Model 60 confirming the configuration and detailing its original shipment on October 18, 1965. The gun is complete in the original numbers matching blue box with the factory manual and NOX-Rust vapor paper. Formerly the property of Wilkes County Sheriff's Department Special Investigator Mark A Moore, this investment grade bright stainless Model 60 is one of a small handful built in the 410xxx serial number range; note the original hammer and trigger. The checkered walnut diamond magna grips are numbers matching. The gun remains in superb condition rating 99% on any scale showing only light handling evidence. A great package for the serious J-frame collector.
