One of approximately 97 Pre War Model of 1926 .44 Target examples known to exist, this fabulous 3rd Model .44 Hand Ejector shipped in 1941 and is all original and numbers matching. Equipped with a 6 1/2" barrel, original bright blue finish, numbers matching checkered walnut diamond magna grips, and numbers matching adjustable target sights. An incredibly rare centerpiece item for the advanced N-frame collector that will serve as a high water mark for years to come. The gun retains virtually 99% of the original bright blue finish showing a light turn line and incredibly faint collector type handling evidence. The bore and cylinder chambers are mint and the original grips are every bit as crisp and sharp as the gun itself. A serious and supremely difficult to acquire N-frame that will take a decade of searching or more to replicate.
