Description:
The Browning Lightweight Double Auto is a semi-automatic 12-gauge shotgun manufactured in Belgium and chambered for 2 3/4-inch shells. It features a 29.5-inch blued barrel fitted with a full choke and a front bead sight. Belgian proof marks are present on the left side of the barrel. The receiver has an engraved matte stainless finish, and the shotgun utilizes Browning’s distinctive double-loading system designed for two-round operation. The serial number is A13625.
The shotgun is used. The bore condition is described as very good with a bright interior. The wood furniture includes a checkered Prince of Wales-style pistol grip stock and matching forearm. The stock has been shortened from its original length and could be restored to standard dimensions by fitting a replacement recoil pad. The length of pull is 13 1/4" and the overall length is 48". The action is noted to function properly, and the firearm retains its original factory butt plate design.
Construction includes wood grip and stock components with a non-specified receiver material. The shotgun’s overall configuration reflects Browning’s Belgian production standards for the Double Auto series. No additional accessories or packaging are included beyond the assembled firearm.
