It has one small rust                                                                                                 spot on the bottom of the lever near the trigger. The wood furniture is very good with only minor flaws                                                                                         on the forearm. It has standard open sights with brass bead on the front post. The receiver flat top has                                                                                             not been drilled / topped. The bore condition appears to be excellent on the 20” barrel.  This is a gently handled hunting gun.
