Cyl. & Mod. This gun was made in 1977. (It’s been reported that Piotti is only building between 55 and 75 guns a year and that the waiting list is still quite long and probably will be forever.) Condition: Excellent, both wood and metal. - 100% case colors on the side lock action- very nice engraving, like what came to be called the "King" model only it doesn’t have the gold crown on the top lever or in the forearm wood. This gun features a single trigger and ejectors. There is minor fading on the trigger bow's tang. See photos. The original barrel blue at 100%, The original stock finish at 99%, The checkering is at 100%, The barrels inside and out remain as new. 99.5% Overall Condition - 6 Lbs. 1.3 Oz.- Splinter fore end - Straight Hand stock at 14 1/2" LOP and very slight cast for a right-hand shooter. Engraving coverage by Piotti as marked by the tigger, (see Pics) I was informed by the office manager at Piotti that Amore Piotti did the engraving, (I guess he is/was one of the original brothers). This is superb 20 gauge game gun and for all intent and purposes it is as new and has an overall appearance of never having been hunted with. It is a classic, with the proper size action body with the correct weight barrels and wood for a 20 gauge, and it’s by one of the leading gun making firms in the world. It comes with the makers case too. This piece is and will remain a treasure. This gun must ship to an FFL. You will pay the FedEx shipping to your FFL dealer.
