Description:
For your consideration, the Deutsche Waffen- und Munitionsfabriken (DWM) P.08 semi-auto pistol chambered in 9mm. The P.08 produced from 1898 through 1949 by multiple manufacturers in mainly 7.65x21 or 9x19. This is a commercial model indicated by the Nitro Proof N under crown (1920 or later). Also has a stamping on the front strap, S.Ar.I.148 which can be a bit harder to decipher. With the Commercial proof, it is likely a Police issued Luger to the city of Arnsberg. 9mm Luger
