For sale is a classic Winchester Model 70 XTR Sporter bolt-action rifle chambered in the powerful .300 Weatherby Magnum. This is a post-1964 push-feed Model 70 built in New Haven, Connecticut, with the barrel clearly marked:

Caliber: .300 Weatherby Magnum (long magnum action)
Barrel: 24\" free-floated barrel with a factory muzzle brake/vented muzzle device
Stock: Rugged black synthetic sporter stock with textured grip areas and a thick recoil pad
Optics: Equipped with a Buckmasters 4-16x44 variable power riflescope (30mm tube, side focus/parallax adjustment, BDC reticle). Scope is mounted on a Weaver-style rail/base with rings.
