Description:
This 50 caliber percussion CVA Hawken rifle has a blued straight octagon 28”x 7/8” barrel with 1:48 twist and fitted with a factory adjustable rear sight and Gold bead front sight. The bore has scattered light pitting throughout. The P grade Select Hardwood stock is mounted with brass furniture including a brass patch box. The factory engraved color case hardened percussion Hawken style lock is activated by double set triggers. Please Note: This rifle is mechanically sound. However, a previous owner made a poor attempt to reconfigure the butt and comb of the stock and retrofit a different brass buttplate. Length of pull is 13-1/2”, Weight is 7.4lbs and Overall Length is 43”. Factory wood to metal fit. Made by CVA. Condition: Fair to Good – Sold AS-IS.
