Offered is a classic Colt Python chambered in .357 Magnum featuring the desirable 8” barrel configuration. This example is finished in Colt’s iconic high-polish Royal Blue and represents late 1980s production
Configuration includes:
• 8” ventilated rib barrel
• Full underlug
• Adjustable rear sight
• Serrated front blade sight
• Double-action / single-action operation
• Colt rubber grips currently installed
• Original Colt medallion grips included
The 8” Python was always produced in lower numbers than the more common 4” and 6” variants, making it a favorite among target shooters and collectors who appreciate the extended sight radius and distinctive balance of the long-barrel model.
Condition is excellent. The Royal Blue finish remains strong with deep polish and sharp edges. The cylinder shows only light, honest turn line wear. The revolver locks up properly and functions as it should.
