Description:
Pre-owned Winchester Model 12 20 Gauge in very good condition. The Model 12 was introduced in 1912 as the Model 1912, and is known as "The Perfect Repeater" for its high-quality steel construction and reliable action. This shotgun was the first internal hammer pump shotgun from Winchester and was in production until 1964. Designed by T.C. Johnson, it improved upon John Browning's Model 1897, featuring a "takedown" design, making it easy to disassemble. The Model 12 was widely used in WWI, WWII, and Korea as a "Trench" gun or "Riot" gun. This shotgun is in very good condition for its age. The metal surfaces look great with very minimal scratching or marks. The walnut stock is also in great condition with minimal marking. The forend looks good but does have some gouging on the bottom side. Overall this shotgun is a great addition to any collection and is ready to be taken home by you.
