Description:

Webley Model 1900, .455 caliber. This has checkered walnut grips with W.885 and an oval silver plaque inscribed AL on the back, and a 6″ barrel engraved Wilkinson sword Co-Pall Mall London. This comes with the Milner research letter indicating sold to J.P.Longfield R.M.C 12-1904, along with a copy of the Wilkinson Factory Ledger sheet. John Percival Longfield was KIA 9-30-1915 while serving in France. Some Military History is included, along with the original Red Felt lined, English oak case with a circular brass top plate inscribed “Royal Military College-Gent Cadet J.P.Longfield-Military Topography Prize. The Revolver has been refinished at some time, and now retains about 95% with an excellent Bore.
