Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action Rifle 38-40 cal Bore Exc, Mech Exc tight action, Wood is VG plus nice wood with excellent fit to metal and original buttplate Has a original 24” oct barrel with full mag, original sights and excellent Winchester markings. The receiver has the Winchester marked top tang and the Serial#259036 Mfg’d 1904 Modern gun,Serial#weak but visible. Metal has a blue brown patina finish with traces of some fine pitting in the serial number area. Shows no abuse and was taken care of and shot little as the bore is excellent and its is mechanically excellent with tight smooth action.
